MeRT Treatment for Autism

MeRT for Autism. MeRT(sm) stands for Magnetic Resonance Therapy. MeRT is a treatment for autism that is non-invasive and drug-free. MeRT utilizes rTMS (repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), however, treatment is exactly tailored to each individual based on sophisticated diagnostics.

Many children with Autism have experienced some miraculous results in their overall function after going through MeRT treatment.

What is MeRT

MeRT, or Magnetic e-Resonance Therapy, is an innovative solution for discovering the root cause of many neurological conditions and creating customized, effective treatments without prescribing medicine. The entire process is pain free and non-invasive, and the equipment we use is cleared by the FDA. MeRT treatment recognizes that each individual’s brain is different and allows to identify patterns of dysfunctions of the brain and create a customized treatment based on this discovery.

MeRT is a diagnostic and treatment neurotherapy based on a highly customized use of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. It was developed to heal and improve the brain where other treatments, such as psychoactive drugs, have failed. Like functional medicine, with MeRT we’ll never place you in a box and treat you like every other patient that walks through our doors. Rather, we’ll analyze your unique brain and help identify areas for improvement, treating the root cause of various brain disorders rather than just minimizing symptoms.

How effective is MeRT treatment?

MeRT Treatment protocols have seen some incredible success in improving conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injuries and Concussions, Depression, Anxiety, Sleep Disorders, and many more.

How long does MeRT treatment last?

A typical appointment of MeRT consists of 30 trains of electromagnetic stimulation delivered for 6 seconds each with 54 seconds of rest period in between trains to a specific location on the head. The session lasts approximately 45 minutes.
